Title: Project Manager- Organization Change Manager
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 3-9+ Months
NOTE: !!Must Need LOCAL For F2F!!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead all aspects of multiple project management offices
Translate high-level implementation plan into detailed work plan
Organize stakeholders across FW to understand, commit to and adhere to work plan
Organize and manage multiple workstreams to drive business transformation
Develop appropriate dashboards and meeting protocol to organize and effectively monitor and communicate on project status
Hand off ownership of workstreams to designated subject owners at the end of the project
Be accountable to driving successful and timely completion of PMO objectives
Escalate roadblocks and delays appropriately
Desired Skills and Experience
ABOUT YOU:
10-15 years of experience
Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred
Able to work independently across departments and levels of the organization
Strong project management skills and mastery of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives
