Description
· Experience within the custom Market Research industry
· HIV sector experience
· Ability to identify potential future business drivers; experience in identifying market trends/changes and making recommendations to capitalize on opportunities and minimize risks
· Implements market research to predict business drivers and barriers, identify market and prescribing trends using various Pharma data, changes in physicians and patient perceptions, and define patient journey, etc.
· Solid communication ability both verbally and in writing
· Strong analytic and critical thinking skills – Good amount of experience in primary and secondary market research
· Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
· Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
· Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
· Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations
· Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) - Making presentations by highlighting key insights
· Proactive, responsive and able to balance shifting priorities and ensuring that promises are kept and expectations are exceeded
