Developing a migration plan for other data sources into the Hadoop system
? Load and transform large sets of structured, semi structured and unstructured data
? Design and integrate backend real-time performance metric system
? Hands-on experience with related, complementary open source software platforms and
languages (e.g. Java, Linux, Apache, Perl/Python/PHP).
? Hands-on experience with Data warehouse, BI, and ETL (Extract-Transform-Load)
tools (e.g Informatica, Actuate, Pentaho).
? Experience in autosys or similar job scheduling tools.
? Knowledge of NoSQL platforms (e.g. key-value stores, graph databases, RDF triple
stores).
? Detailed knowledge of RDBMS data modeling and SQL.
? Ability to design solutions independently based on high level architecture
? Ability to implement Hadoop based solutions.

? Knowledge of HADOOP Framework and programming in Hive and Pig tools, Design,
Best Practices and troubleshooting
? Understanding of Unix/Linux system, file systems, shell scripting
