Oracle Apps Developer with the following skills.  The resource will be supporting and debugging several ISG (Integrated SOA Gateway) services we have built for our web site & call center applications. These services build and price an order using Advanced Pricing, Vertex, & EBTax depending on the market (country) we are selling in. We do business in US, Canada, South America, Europe, & SE Asia, and the tax & localization rules vary by government requirement.
