Duration: 6+ Months CTH

Years of Exp: 10+ Years of experience in Java/J2EE based application development
Primary Skillset: Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Web Services, Hibernate, JQuery
Nice to Have: ExtJS, Drools Rule Engine / Decision tables, BPM Activiti Framework
Core Responsibilities:
.Take ownership of the technical solution/design for an application release.
.Design and Development frameworks
.Create technical work breakdown based on the requirements and come-up with estimation for the work items
.Provide solutions for system integrations and ensure that enterprise integration principles are adhered to
.Ability to support/provide resolutions to team members, when they encounter any complex issues. (Should also be able to take up the issue and fix)
.Perform code reviews and ensure that the proposed solution is implemented accurately
.Flexibility to adopt to new technology frameworks/tools and guide the team on the technical aspects
