Title: SQL Technical Consultant with Advent Geneva

Location: New York City

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

– Candidates MUST have Advent Geneva

Responsibilities:

Work within the public markets technology group implementing software which will manage the investment General Ledger and sub ledgers

Design custom RSLs, RDLs and automate various extracts to/from Geneva using SSIS packages

Coordinate RSL/RDL deployment and post-deployment support with stakeholders

Skills Required:

· Overall 8+ years of experience within the Financial Services industry

· At least 4 years of strong experience working with Advent Geneva as a technical/software consultant/developer

· Ability to write RSL/RDL and experience in SQL development and report development

· Previous consulting experience preferred

· Knowledgeable of operations and accounting processes/technologies

· Knowledge of bank loans desired. Fixed income, equities and basic derivatives required

· Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
