	Mandatory / Preferable
Technical Skills
6-8 years of (REX) experience in implementation of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase	Mandatory
Excellent knowledge on Financial Planning , Budgeting and Forecasting process	Mandatory
Expert in Hyperion Essbase (ASO, BSO, MDX, MaxL, Calc scripts, Performance Tuning, troubleshooting)	Mandatory
Expert in SQL and relational data modeling	Mandatory
Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language	Mandatory
Exposure to ETL tools such as ODI	Preferable
Exposure to a variety of financial business processes, BI/ETL tools, SOX L1 application support and management, and IT processes such as disaster recovery, security controls,and infrastructure models	Preferable
Soft Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to details is very critical
Ability to interact with business and functional teams
Excellent problem solving / analytical skills
