Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Years of experience: 10+
Technical skills:
[Must have]*
• Experience with setup and configuration of -
o SCM Repositories - GIT
§ Extensive knowledge of branching strategies, branch management and advanced GIT features is needed
o IDE - Eclipse, other
o Code quality, code review, static analysis and unit test tools - SonarQube, Gerrit, PMD, CheckStyle, Fortify, Jacoco, JUnit, etc.
o Build & CI pipeline management tools - Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Bamboo, BitBucket
o Build artifacts management tools - Artifactory, Nexus
o Automation scripting frameworks using Selenium, TestNG
o Deployment tools - RunDeck, other
• Ability to conceptualize, design and execute a customized end-to-end CI/CD pipeline and workflow solution (DevOps)
• Experience with Java development and familiarity with scripting languages
[Preferred]
• Familiarity and experience with design, setup and management of Dev, QA & Production Environments for high availability distributed applications with very large user base
• Experience/Familiarity with COTS dashboard solutions/tools (Splunk, Hygieia) will be helpful
Leadership and Management skills:
[Must have]*
• Manage customer & stakeholder expectations on timelines, deliverables and pilot roll out
• Manage/Coordinate the efforts of a combination of onsite/offshore teams for the execution of DevOps solution design (develop and roll out multiple components needed for the customzed CI & CD tooling)

• Work across multiple teams to manage requirements and resolve conflicting directions (across Development, QA, Operations and Support teams)
