Location: Clarks Summit, PA

Duration: 3+ Months

Job Description :

Ø Salesforce.com (SFDC) Technical Analyst with strong exposure on application maintenance / support / debugging.

Ø Minimum 2 years of SFDC hands on experience in configuration / Apex / VF pages / Integrations

Ø Capability to analyze Apex / Visual force page code and provide short / long term fix

Ø Capability to understand Business / client interaction / support model and exposure on working in shifts and offshore / onshore model

Ø In depth knowledge on out of the box features, proposing solutions / fixes as per the business needs

Ø Exposure on Incident / Problem / Change / ticketing / case management tools like Remedy / Service Now / JIRA / Quality Control

Ø SFDC Certifications ADM 201 / PlatformDeveloper1 is a must and having Sales Cloud / Service Cloud would be advantages

Ø Should be ready to work in evening US shifts on rotation basis
