Position Summary:

Represents the Department of Revenue and contributes to the DLS Modernization Project as a Quality Assurance Technician assisting in the development, testing and implementation through all stages of the DLS Modernization Project. Coordinates with other team members in this effort and communicates and solicits information from both within the DLS Modernization Project Team and other DLS and ANF appropriate employees. Identifies and communicates issues and concerns, recording and escalating where necessary. Collaborates with the entire DLS Modernization Project Team, regularly attends meetings and gathering and providing information. In a proactive way ensures that program requirements are being met and conforms to project plans and project delivery expectation timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.       At least 4 years as an SQA analyst on enterprise business applications with expertise in all standard testing methods.

2.       Ability to write and execute test plans from business requirements.

3.       Ability to work with developers and BA's to understand business rules and communicate defects.

4.       Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

5.       A working knowledge of automated testing including ability to program automation and maintain automated test scripts.

6.       Prefer open source or low cost automation test tools such as Selenium.

7.       Experience with Oracle database to query backend for data validation activity.

8.       Must be able to communicate effectively verbally.
