Role: ATG Developer
Location : South Deerfield, Massachusetts
Job Description:
· Provide technical leadership to teams of ATG developers working on application development for multiple eCommerce clients
· Evaluate work product delivered from various teams of developers
· Ensure code development follows a prescribed work flow from issue identification through testing to completion of development
· Oversee and improve upon code management strategies to ensure consistently clean client code releases
· Recommend solutions based on industry standards
· Working with a team of ATG developers bringing significant expertise in ATG design patterns, Java and J2EE coding and design patterns, code expertise in coding within the eCommerce space with multiple integration patterns
· Performance Tuning of ATG Applications
· Ensure application architecture standards, policies and procedures are implemented and followed
· Work with business user teams to discuss, recommend, explain, and reconcile desired functionality and technology capabilities.
· Help diagnose and resolve production performance and stability issues
