.Strong technical skills

.Basic knowledge of cloud computing
.Inclination to learn new skills from scratch
.Study application technical architecture to determine root causes of issues.
.Part of the 24x7 team, interacting with client and resolving their issues
.Triaging of issues
.Ensuring key SLAs are met
.Working closely with the customer, operations team and other engineers.
.Understanding of web scale applications
.Lead engineer with capability of troubleshooting and minor code changes
.Writing medium to complex queries in Mysql or Oracle
.Writing scripts for automation
