REQUIREMENT 1

Title         : Java/J2EE,Spring,Hibernate,PL/SQL

Duration   : Long Term

Location   : Sunnyvale, CA

JD:

· Mandatory skills: 
2+Y of experience in Spring, Hibernate
Overall 5+Y of development experience
· Other requirements
o Knowledge and expertise in core Java concepts is a must
o Minimum 4-5 yrs of Hands-on experience
o Experience in building, deploying, and supporting highly scalable web services and web applications
o JSP / Servlets
o Web Frameworks like Spring, ORM frameworks (Hibernate)
o Service Oriented Architecture / Web Services - SOAP / Rest
o Markup Languages like XML and JSON
o Strong Java and RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL) skills
As an Java Develover most of the below skills are mandatory
· Excellent communication and articulation skills. Able to brainstorm and communicate technology decisions and issues with peers and management
· Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks
· Deep understanding of architectural principles and experience with frameworks
· Help in competancy enhancement of the team
· Liason with customer, gain client confidence as solution provider and go to person
· Knowledge of new technologies, e.g., BDD/Cucumber, NoSQL, Git
· Experience with testing frameworks, continuous integration and build tools (i.e. jUnit, DBUnit, Maven, Jenkins/Hudson, Ant)
· Should have strong technical skills and at the same time good business accumen 
· Ability to deliver multiple simultaneous projects on time
· High ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader to drive quality and maintain application stability

JD:

·        Experience with SQL 2008/R2, 2012 and 2014

·        Knowledge of various SQL Architecture on physical and virtual servers

·        Knowledge of SQL HA/DR practices through SQL Mirroring, SQL Clustering and SQL Server Availability Groups

·        Knowledge of SQL Replication (Transactional / Merge / Snapshot)

·        Knowledge of SQL Server best practices for backups and Maintenance

·        Knowledge VMware ESX clusters

8. Ability to create test strategy, test plan, test cases and test scenarios from requirements.
9. Ability to perform RCA of the defects found during testing.
