Role: IBM Infopshere MDM (Technical Lead)

Background:
We are seeking individuals to join our MDM Practice, to participate in all aspects of requirements, data architecture design and development applying appropriate architectural and methodology techniques. The role of the IBM Infosphere MDM SME is to lead the Master Data Management and Data Integration effort, be responsible for understanding and documenting the requirements for the Master Data Management initiative, assisting with software selection and implementation for MDM, and establishing governance processes for the Master Data Management.
Job Description:
· Proficient in customization and configuration of IBM MDM Infosphere Server.
· Should be able to do complex design and configurations
· Should be able to work independently and lead a small-medium size team
· Should be able to mentor and groom junior members of team.
· Should be proficient in Java/J2EEE/Webservices and be able to integrate the Infosphere MDM with other applications in the landscape
· Technical Design, and implement IBM Infosphere Engagements
· Provide standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to consistently address enterprise MDM issues such as convergence, standards, and synchronization
· Analyze client data and environments and develop appropriate software configurations to meet client requirements
· Provide solution architecture guidance, technical and configuration support to implemented Initiate solutions when applicable
· Perform analysis and design of data governance process
· Define guidelines and policies for Data governance process/Master data standardization
· Data Governance and Master Data governance design
· Lead MDM solution design
· Experience with Hierarchy management solutions
· Experience with Data Quality tools
· Ability to consult and educate client on MDM topics
· Actively participate and Support MDM presales
Qualification:
- 2-3 Full cycle IBM Infosphere MDM Server/WCC implementations
- 4+ years experience with MDM Architecture
- Experience with scripting language (preferred)
- Solid Java development experience
- Experience integrating MDM with other systems
- Must have min 6 years of IT Experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Flexible for short term travel
