Position: Lead Oracle Data Integrator(ODI)
Location: MO-Missouri/St. Louis
Duration: 6 Months

Required Capabilities
Candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
ETL developers and will be responsible for writing ETL code and assisting other ETL developers to migrate & clean source data from legacy systems to Oracle staging databases. Legacy systems include Access DB, mainframe and flat files as well as other data formats.
Person should have extensive knowledge of ODI with at least 5 years of experience using ODI and PL/SQL.
In addition, candidate should have data migration experience as well as business intelligence experience.
Candidate will be expected to transfer ODI knowledge to Laclede Gas ETL developers.
Good communication and troubleshooting skills are required.
Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
Candidate should have the skills to manage and direct a small team of ODI ETL developers and keep projects on track.
Candidate should have the ability to communicate status of projects and provide management with updates on issues with resolutions.
Ideal candidate will have the ability to work with data profiling software tools.
Areas of Expertise:
ODI Architecture
Setting up agents on Oracle WebLogic Server
Setting up Master and Work repositories
Designer Navigator
Creating Interfaces in order to move data from source to target
Creating cleansing routines to work with ODI Interfaces
Creating load plans with new 11.1.1.5 release of ODI
Understand & be able to tailor Knowledge Modules
Experience working with Flat Files (fixed format, CSV, etc)
Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server & Access Databases
Experience working with Mainframe data
Topology Navigator
Physical Architecture
Logical Architecture
Contexts
Experience in setting up Topology in complex environments
Operator Navigator
Manage and monitor production ETL
Manage and monitor non-production ETL sessions
Ability to observe steps and ascertain success of step or failure and root
cause of step(s)
Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter is a definite plus.
