Position: JAVA DEVELOPER w/ JSR 170 CMS (Content Management System)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 Months
The gist of this project is they are moving from Documentum to Tridium so they need someone to help set up the API's that Documentum currently has to Tridium.
Knowing JSR 170 is key as well as having worked with other CMS.
· Proven experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of Java/J2EE projects, utilizing best design patterns, tooling and coding practices
· Understanding of latest Java/JEE technical specifications and product options to be able to design and develop systems to address business functional, non-functional and performance related requirements
· Aptitude for understanding business strategy, concepts and requirements, and transforming those into a functioning end product
· Experience with code migration and environment management activities
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven track record of effective cross team interaction and collaboration, with both technical and business partner teams
· Ability to work in high pressure environment and ability to trouble shoot issues during application support
Practical experience in the following areas:
· Design Patterns, JavaScript, JSON, Tomcat, Subversion, Agile methodologies, AJAX, Jprobe Banking experience developing customer facing applications Proven track record of effective cross team interaction and collaboration, with both technical and business partner teams Basic Qualification
· 7+ years application development and implementation experience.
· 7+ years of experience on Java, J2EE (EJB and JMS), XML, SOAP/Web
· 7+ Services
· 5+ Years of experience on Weblogic Portal, should have worked on WL 10.2
· 5+ Years of Database experience, especially Oracle (SQL and Stored
· 5+ Procedures)
· 2+ Years of experience using Documentum eConnector/content services and connecting to Web Logic Portal Server.
· 2+ Years of experience using Content management system, should have
· 2+ worked on JSR 170 standards Years of experience using Spring
· 2+ framework and Hibernate Years of experience using Maven and Ant for
· 2+ Builds and Deployment
· 5+ Years of experience using LINUX/UNIX, should have strong understanding on Operating System and ability troubleshoot OS level issues.
