Resource should be well versed of SAP SD module. Should have a good knowledge of SAP SD configuration
Should have good knowledge in SAP SD areas like business Cycle Overview, Organizational Units for Sales, Master Data, Pre-Sales, Sales, Shipping, Billing
Should be well versed with ITIL processes like incident, change, problem management
Should have good analytical skills
Should have good communication skills.
Knowledge of Manufacturing domain will be added advantage
Should have good knowledge in SAP SD areas like business Cycle Overview, Organizational Units for Sales, Master Data, Pre-Sales, Sales, Shipping, Billing
