Job Title: SAP HCM E-Recruitment Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 months plus
Experience required 10+Year's
Skill's:
- Minimum one Implementation experience on SAP E-Recruitment module on Ehp5
- Multiple implementation experience on SAP E-Recruitment module
- Very strong understanding of end to end functionality in SAP E-Recruitment module
- Play Project Lead, Participate project management activities
- Able to understand business challenges and able to recommend best possible solutions to the problems
- Able to conduct and drive requirement workshops with key stakeholders
- Strong Knowledge of SAP HCM Modules E-Recruitment, PA, OM
- Very good understanding of ASAP Methodology, Phases and deliverables
- Strong Communication skills, Able to work in team environment with minimal supervision
Other Skills:
- Experience on User Interface improvement on SAP E-Recruitment functionality is desired
- Work effectively and independently on assigned projects
- Able to report projects status to various stakeholders on period basis
