Requirements:
· Must have minimum 8 years of experience as a hands-on Business Analyst
· Must have solid communication and collaboration skills - partner with business area, developers and testers.
· Must have experience developing and presenting use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows, state diagrams, context diagrams, RTMs, and system requirements. Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) a plus.
· Experience with banking and/or financial experience desired.
· Candidate must bring samples of their work (narrative and process flow) to the interview.
