Need SAP BI person with EXTENSIVE BO experience – developer / with admin skills
Must have thorough understanding of the BI/BO integration points
% BO Admin: 40%
% BO Development: 60%
% SAP BW related work? - Should have good knowledge of working with SAP BW front end tools (Bex) and its data structures (InfoCubes, DSOs, BICS connections etc.)
% BW config? 70 %
Needs EXCELLENT communication skills

Our onsite consultant is to screen candidates for the hiring manager. Here is what she said is her view of the requirement:
Business Objects (specializes in reporting) was acquired by SAP a couple of years ago. There is a whole new skill set that is in it's infancy (An SAP BI person who can handle Business Objects integration with SAP BI and develop reports based on BO tools. I am sure the issue you will face is that there are experienced BI or BO folks but people who we really need are ex- BI or BO folks that have been trained, certified in SAP BO 4.0 ).
