Interview Process with Client: Phone & In-Person Interviews
POSITION: GUI Developer
START DATE: Monday, October 29th
LOCATION: San Jose, CA
DURATION: 4-5 months
Our high-tech San Jose based client is currently seeking an experienced GUI Developer on a contract basis to develop HTML5 based modern GUI. Wireframes and mockups are already done. They are in need of GUI Developer to come in and roll his/her sleeve up to help with coding various components of the GUI for their product. This person will also be improving and working on visual layout, user experience and the graphical user interface.
3+ years of experience as a GUI Developer
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science
Solid HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript skills, good in Java.
Experience with UI frameworks: Backbone, jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, RequireJS, etc a plus.
Ability to design UI that scales to very large clusters.
Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare, KVM, or HyperV) a plus.
