Skills Summary: MSSQL server to 2005,2008, MSSQL Replication, DR solution for MSSQL using log shipping or SQL mirroring

10 to12 + years of overall IT industry experience with 8 to 10 years' experience in MSSQL Server

Should have experience in installing and configuring various versions of MSSQL Server

Must have experience in upgrading MSSQL server to 2005 and 2008

Must have Windows scripting skills for monitoring and reporting purposes

Should have experience implementing MSSQL Replication

Must have experience is implementing DR solution for MSSQL using log shipping or SQL mirroring

Should be able quickly identify root cause for performance issues and provide solutions

Should have experience dealing with MSSQL Dynamic management views and functions for performance analysis

Must have experience using SQL Profiler and Perfmon for troubleshooting performance issues

Should have experience in migrating servers across data centers
