Job Description:
Start Date : Immediate ; BG & employment verification will be initiated if selected
o Will work closely with Monitoring team to confirm the END-END process of any EDI file
o Will provide details to the Monitoring team advising if the Records have loaded to the processing
o Will be responsible for Analyzing the defects in the EDI files and come with a root cause analysis
o Will track the defects in the ticketing system
Skills required
• Healthcare Domain knowledge
• Knowledge of EDI and claims processing
• Good communication skills
