Job Title: Embedded Developer

Job Location: Alameda, CA

Duration: 8-12 Months+

Job Description:

This is a fast moving position which we need to close ASAP. Overall ~  5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in embedded software development and/or testing and integration. Candidate must have demonstrable driver development experience using 'C' and looking up reference manuals.

Product is diabetes glucose measurement meter. RTOS in the device, e.g. - uC-OS/II.

Driver development will be done using C. The new engineer will have to take over the existing modules, do bug fixes and implement changes, if reqd.

At least 5 years of demonstrable experience coding in 'C' programming language.

Must have low-level device driver development experience for Microcontrollers and debugging experience.

Look for keywords, e.g. -  Logic Analyzers, I2C, SPI, UART etc

Hands-on experience in using any real-time operating systems (e.g. - uC-OS/II, GHS or similar).

Desirables (any) :

Prior experience in developing drivers for DMA, ADC, DAC, RF modules.

Prior experience in understanding the Analog Electronics and developing drivers for Analog Front End.

Prior experience in debugging of embedded systems.
