1. Extensive experience with Tibco BW and EMS
2. Ability to Understand functional requirements and scenarios and translate to technical design
3. Having worked in a lead role in defining the project roadmap, design and architecture
4. Experience of leading a team of developers in overseeing design and development of projects
5. Ability to work in an unstructured environment and define the project roadmap by bringing consensus within all the stakeholders
6. Experience with Java Programming
7. Tibco Admin experience a plus
8. Transportation Industry knowledge a plus
9. Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
