·         10+ years' experience in handling Weblogic, WLI, BPM

·         Strong experience in providing middleware admin support and architectural inputs

·         Manage deployments and act as the overall deployment lead

·         Interface with development teams as they focus on successful delivery of committed capabilities through flawlessly executed projects

·         Prepare and present Operations Management reporting, execution metrics, procedures and guidelines for planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and performance management

·         Responsible for implementing and supporting ITIL processes

·         Lead teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities for software development, design, and engineering areas

·         Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management

·         Self-starter with experience in producing results through influence of peer organizations between Cognizant / client vs. strictly leading direct reports
