Global company looking to bring in a .Net developer to help develop and support internal applications and be an integral part of the development and design team.
- Design and develop an enterprise-level product lease-management / sales performance tracking intranet application (the existing system was written with classic ASP and an Oracle backend).
- Use ASP.NET, C#, XML, etc. for redeveloping the UI and web services (the current Oracle database will remain the same with only minor enhancements expected)
- This system is used by over 500 internal users (sales representatives, management, etc.).
- Delegate easier programming activities to the junior developers on the team.
Experience / Skills needed:
- 6+ years of overall application development experience
- 5+ years developing .NET applications
- 2+ years of recent experience using C# to design and develop enterprise-level
- .NET inter/intranet applications ASP.NET 4.0 (or later) ADO.NET XML, web services
- Good communication skills
- Agile development methodology
- Developing stored procedures, queries, etc. in PL/SQL (or T-SQL)
- Mentoring junior developers on the team
