Job Description:
· 3-6 years of experience of working on Softphone SDK using C#,.Net
· Good knowledge on IVR, VoIP, Cisco ICM and CTI OS, UCMA
· Familiar with Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API) and Speech server Integration
