Responsibilities:
Actively participate in a collaborative development environment, designing and implementing new writing services components.
Provide expertise and leadership in User Interface design and implementation.
Implement both User Interface and middleware components.
Be a technical point of contact for team members, systems and operations teams, and other external teams, providing guidance in a timely and professional manner.
Provide occasional support to production operations and customer support teams
Qualifications:
· 3 - 5 years' proven experience in the area of web application systems.
· Experience with the following technologies: Jquery, Jquery UI, Spring MVC, Spring UI, AJAX, JavaScript, Java/J2EE, HTML5, REST-based Web Services, Eclipse.
· Familiarity with Windows development and Linux deployment environments.
· Familiarity working in an Agile development environment.
· Detail-oriented, with ability to take ownership of and manage workload and assigned projects.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with team members from varied disciplines.
