Sr. Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer

Columbus, Ohio

3 - 6 Months but possibility for long term

Expertise: Dynamics AX, ERP, COTS customization

Qualifications:

• Must love and be passionate about technology

• Able to provide a technical leadership role in Dynamics customization teams

• Must have been engaged in at least two Dynamics AX ERP customizations

• Familiarity customizing the Enterprise Portal (not just the Dynamics AX rich client)

• Must be able to technically mentor 3-5 Dynamics AX consultants

• Domain knowledge in inventory, pricing, and logistics is essential

• Domain/platform knowledge in retail is a huge plus

• 5-10 years in COTS customization/application development consulting required

• Experience in technical writing and documentation

• Able to define, quantify, and mitigate technical risk factors for multi-year projects

• Works closely with client business assets and analysis teams to envision technical solutions to complex business problems

• Able to deliver high-quality work on a deadline with minimal supervision

• Experience implementing commercial off the shelf systems in a mixed technical environment

• Need to know current .NET technologies (.NET 4+, O/RMs, WCF, ASP .NET MVC, etc.)

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics or related field is preferred
