Job Title: SQL Architect
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 6 Months+
Skills:
•Design and architect optimal database performance in a clustered SQL Server 2012 environment
• Establish and enforce best practices for role based security and change control in a clustered SQL Server 2012 environment.
• Act as a backup role to the SFDC database archive responsibility. Troubleshoot and maintain refresh and replication scripts using the DB AMP toolset.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 6-8 years in a DBA and/or Developer role in a 2012 SQL Server Clustered environment including SSIS for ETLs.
• 2+ years of working in the role of supporting reporting and analytical applications such SSAS, SSRS for Analysis and Reporting.
• Working knowledge of basic infrastructure principles: IIS, Active Directory, Networking, DNS, Load Balancers, RDP, Batch Scripting, FTP.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to work directly with business stakeholders as well as technical resources.
• Develop DR, Back & Restore Strategy for large Enterprises.
• SharePoint Experience is prefered.
