Job Title: Technology Lead - Genesys eServices and GMS

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

Qualifications Basic

•          Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

•          At least  4 years of experience with SKILLS SET

Preferred

•          At least 4 years of experience in Genesys eServices 

•          At least 3 years of String experience in Genesys Multimedia chat.

•          At least 1 years of experience in GMS

•          At least 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE

•          At least 2 years of experience in webservices.

•          At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.

•          At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

•          At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

•          Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

•          Basic knowledge on Contact Center domain and Genesys Product

•          Analytical skills

•          Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
