Upgrading Cisco Call Manager from Version 7x - Current Version 10.2
Requirements of consultant:
- Experience working on multi-site / 1,000+ user Cisco Voice upgrades
- Experience working for a Cisco Partner and/or alongside a Cisco Partner on a major upgrade (2+ yrs)
Cisco Gold Partner or other level. Example would be: CDW, Presidio
- Experience working through a multi-month migration for multiple sites
- Experience with Call Mgr, UC, Unity, Voice Gateways, CER, Jabber
- Experience with Call Center / UCCx a plus
- Needs CCNP Voice certification or CCIE Voice (if not, must have equivalent experience)
