- Total Experience – Min 7+ years 
- Good Project management experience 
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills (His job will involve interacting with different levels of people starting from Associate to higher management (Executive Directors)) 
- Vendor Management
- Business Management 
- Financial Management 
- Good experience in presentation, organizing/leading meetings 
- PMP Certification and previous Financial industry experience will be added plus
