Responsibilities:

·         Experience in analyze business requirements and designs, Development activities, Demonstrates good understanding of the product

·         Perform Coding & Unit testing,  Reviews (Code / Design), Resolve any technical issues, implementation / deployments

·         Guide the onsite and offshore team technically

·         Onsite and offshore coordination

o   Be a one point contact for development – process, infrastructure, quality, issues, risks

o   Owner to get resolution on any issues that arise during onsite –offshore sync up  so that team can focus on development activities

o   Knowledge Management – setting up process, act as an escalation contact for team and make sure that team is delivering

o   Closely work with onsite manager on planning, customer communication and issue resolutions.

Required Skills:

Minimum 8 + Years' experience

·         Oracle Forms 10g/11g

·         Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

·         Knowledge on Reports 10g

·         Experience with complex dynamic SQL, packages, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and triggers

Nice to Have Skills

·         Java Basics
