Job Description:               

Business project manager for initiatives in the life and annuity business - these are projects with large cross functional teams.  

Job Requirements 

•                    5+ years financial services desired (preferably life and annuity)

•                    5+ years' experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment desired

•                    Bachelor's degree

•                    Skilled in multiple project management methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall) desired

•                    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)

•                    Ability to manage established deadlines; must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as being a team player

•                    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills a must

•                    Must be action and results oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

•                    Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex subject matter

•                    Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or working towards it.
