Description:
Demonstrates high competency in leading efforts for elicitation, validation and prioritization of user and functional requirements; leverages BA tools and techniques
Develops explicit use cases/user stories; test script mapping
Documents and validates traceable business, functional, and non-functional requirements; data requirements and data field mapping; process flow diagrams

Requirements management and communication:
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills (knowledge transfer, negotiation, issue escalation, etc.)
Effectively communicates with people of various disciplines and functions (developers, IT SMEs, business SMEs, Manager, Director, VP, project team)

Documents SDLC related deliverables and manages related activities
Prioritizes requirements

Test case preparation and execution
Delivers Matrix Traceability report

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelors' Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management or associated field required.
Minimum Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a systems or business analyst, with expert command of business analysis techniques, methodologies (SDLC) and tools.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Visio.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; team player with a can do attitude.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Prior experience with the Human Resources function is preferred
Experience working with Workday (integrations) I would say this is a must.
