Position: Oracle HCM Consultant with Performance Management
Location: Memphis, TN
Duration: 6 Months
Skills and Experience Required:
- Functional implementation (configuration) of HCM module – Performance Management.
- Role is implementing Oracle Performance Management in R12.
- It is a lead functional configuration role.
- Technical skills are a plus , as there are some PL*SQL manipulations being done for items such as – ratings scores and calculations.
- IF they know Oracle Cloud Talent Management (which is synonymous with Performance mgmt.in EBS R12) - greater chance to remain at client beyond June;
- As client is migrating all HCM modules to the Cloud.
- But this is NOT essential for the config. work now
