Very strong C#.Net Coding Skills

Strong architecture skills

Strong SQL Server/Database programming skills preferably SQL Server 2016 - This area is #1, including ability to create stored procedures, triggers and functions.

Strong source control skills preferably TFS 2015 and Git

Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery skills and experience

Strong written and verbal communication, high quality documentation skills

Proven ability to mentor 

.Net Core and ASP.Net MVC 6
