•JD : At least 8-10 years of experience, Minimum 3-4 years of Sailpoint migration experience .Should have worked on Sailpoint projects extensively
•Strong Sailpoint 7 knowledge and Architectural experience
•Strong understanding of Identity Access Management concepts
•Should have hands of experience in implementations
•Strong industry focus
•Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures, implementation plans, and solutions.
•Strong understanding of Authentication and Authorization techniques
•Capability of understanding the business requirement and converting that into design
•Installation, integration, and deployment of the IdentityIQ product in client environments.
•Hands-on Development experience on Provisioning Workflows, triggers, Rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements
•Hands-on experience on Sailpoint Migration projects
•Hands-on User Access Certification development and testing experience is a bonus
•Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
•Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
•Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
•Hands on Custom connector development experience is a plus
•Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
•Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
•Familiarity in RBAC
•Experience in end to end project delivery
