Title: Sr. Hadoop Engineer
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 6 months with extension
Main responsibility is to migrate projects from Exadata/Informatica to Talend/Hive environment running on Hadoop. This is a very HIVE heavy environment.
Key requirements:
· Ideal candidates: experience in Talend and Hive environments; 8+ years of experience
· Strong hands on experience in SQL, HIVE, HQL, Mapping, SQL Transformation
· Experience in query writing, partitioning, creating tables, optimization, compilation, execution
