Job Title: Java Developer w/Glassfish

Location: Trenton, NJ

Duration: 8 Months

Note: Candidates must have experience with Glassfish. Local candidates preferred.

First Round In person interview

There is a list of changes needed to improve the Position Action Tracking system. Four of the highest priority changes involve:

Enhance the Logic for POSITION CONTROL. 

Make multiple changes to enhance the Administrator Role.

Automate the POSITION CONTROL function associated with positions on "hold".

Create Override button for "Pending" positions.

The contractor will be responsible for making these changes and testing them with the users. His changes must be backed up in CVS. Changes must progress through the development environment before it is deployed into production.

Must be proficient in Oracle/SUN Glassfish. Candidate must be able to mentor OIT employees and transfer knowlede to OIT resource.

Netbeans 6.9 Required 3 Years   

Oracle 11.2 Required 3 Years   

CVS Required 1 Years   

Enterprise JAVA (Java 1.6+, Java Servletts, etc) Required 3 Years   

Oracle/Sun Glassfish Required 3 Years   

Prior experience with NJ Department of Transportation Nice to have       

Prior experience with NJ Office of Information Technology (OIT) Nice to have
