Programmer / Analyst.
Client is looking for an all / well rounded consultant with the below skills who can jump in on the

Application Responsibilities.
Required skills - Programming skills :
 VB.net, VBA, Access, and SQL Strong SSRS skills a must
 - Some DBA responsibilities / skills - Good SQL Queries understanding and experience
 - Analyst / BA skills are a huge plus
Public Utility experience is huge plus.
Well rounded.  The best help would be someone that can jump in on the applications
responsilibilities.  Also programming with VB.net, Access, SQL, VBA, SSRS, SQL Queries, etc.
