Must have1)SQL DB administration and troubleshooting on SQL 200520082010, exposure to BizTalk Server 20102)SQL server cluster build, configuration and troubleshooting3)DB Replication and setup between primary secondary DR sites4)SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) 20082012 installation, Administration, Configuration and Troubleshooting5)Working experience with SQL Server Analysis Services6)Good working knowledge on ETL tools like SSMA, SSIS etc. for DB Migration7)Must have experience in migrating Oracle 9, 10 & 11g. Databases to MS SQL 2008 8)MS SQL DB upgrade refresh swing Nice to have 9)Basic knowledge on Oracle Database administration on Windows Solaris. This is required since most of the current DBs are on Oracle platform.
