ITSM 7.6 Service Request Management ("SRM") Developer/Requirements
Gathering
• Work with business and IT partners to gather SR Requirements
• Provide solutions and engage Process teams to minimize custom
build outs and leverage out of the box functionality
• Design, develop, and test SR's using SDLC best practices
• Promote and test SRs through Dev, QA, and Production
• Provide production support and incident management for SRs
• Create simple to complex work flows with Remedy 7.6 SRM to fulfill
business needs
• Ensures that documented requirements meet quality standards
