Technology Lead  ( Business Objects):
As the Business Objects specialist in a project team, performs complex professional and advisory functions.
Develops report environments, reports and dashboards.
Defines database usage concepts, selects records, organizes data and formats reports, exports (distributes) reports, builds, applies and removes report templates.
Creates complex reports requiring multiple parameters, summarizing data with crosstabs, using sections and section underlay for groups, and related report functions, builds specialized reports utilizing 

hyperlinks, dynamic graphic locations and experts.                       
As part of a central Business Objects team, creates reporting architecture and frameworks;
Participates in the design and development of various aspects of Business Objects Universes
Adds to and changes objects in the Repository, analyzes the Business Objects Enterprise security model and creates security content such as users, groups and categories.
Follow SLA guidelines and other defined processes like quality assurance process etc.
Handle performance related issues
