Responsibilities:
seeking a VOIP engineer to support the Prince William County School enterprise VOP systems.
Monitor all VOIP clusters and VM's.
Respond to any issues with servers, creating tickets with Cisco (TAC).
Check VOIP server backups.
Respond to user issues and work orders with regard to VOIP Phones. Perform voicemail restores if needed.
Collect voicemail from end users phones for Risk Management.
Call Center – Transportation and Help desk – Support the IPCC server and clients and all changes that need to be made.
MyFax – Support, create, and manage new MyFax accounts.
Work with Vendor on all new implementations/migrations to VOIP (new and existing schools).
Order and manage SIP trunks, DID's, porting orders with Verizon.
Informacast Paging – Support all aspects of paging system in Kelly Leadership Center.
Support colleagues with PRI & SIP circuits – issues and migration from PRI to SIP.
Unified Communication Manager (CallManager) System provisioning, maintenance and upgrades
User and phone provisioning
Voicemail Provisioning (Cisco Unity Connection)
Dial Plan management
Technical Escalation
System troubleshooting
End-user support
Implementation of Cisco LAN/WAN Infrastructure
Network Configurations
Support Network Migrations
Hardware Testing and Troubleshooting
5 + years' experience with Cisco Unified Communications products
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Cisco Voice Gateways
Unity Voicemail
UCCX – Contact Center
5 + years' experience with Cisco LAN/WAN Products
Catalyst 4500, 6500 series
Cisco 3750s (core) and 2960s (access layer)
Familiarity with Cisco Wireless (WLC, APs, etc,) preferred
