Job Description
This role will be responsible for the development, support and maintenance of the SAP 6.0 system which is live with SAP HCM
Employer Master (PA, OM), benefits, payroll Integration with ADP, Working Time, E-Recruitment and Applicant Tracking,
Enterprise compensation management and Travel Expense. 
Other modules live are GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement and SAP Business Warehouse.
The SAP HCM functional lead will provide expertise in all aspects of SAP's HCM/HR modules:  Organization Management, Personnel Admin, Benefits, Payroll, Working Time, ESS/MMS, e-Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Enterprise Compensation Management, and Travel Expense modules along with integration points with SAP Finance (FI) modules.  

Must have
at least 10 years of SAP HCM hands on functional configuration experience and overall experience with the PA, OM, ESS, MSS, Benefits, Payroll, Travel Expense management, Working Time Entry, E-Recruitment and Applicant Tracking, Enterprise compensation Management, Workflows and BI Reporting MODULES.
Candidate is also required to have specific expertise in talent management modules: Enterprise compensation management, Performance management, Learning management, Payroll, ESS, MSS  and HCM Reporting and Analytics Responsibilities
The HCM Functional lead will guide the business in utilizing SAP functionality to the best extent possible and involves review of business processes and system integration challenges. 
This is a hands on role that will execute HR/HCM configuration, functional documentation, testing plans and results, system documentation and training materials.
Analyst will interact with business users to understand business requirements and then configure SAP with efficiency and accuracy to develop a solution to resolve the issue or meet the business need. Prepare detailed functional specifications for development activities including workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions enhancements and forms. 
Work closely with SAAP technical developers (ABAP) to get the end to end solutions developed. 
Lead coordinate and perform all testing (UAT, Unit, Integration) before releasing new code or break fixes to production.
Support the on boarding and training of power users. This includes providing technical and functional training. Facilitate knowledge transfer, communication and interaction.  Prepare project related documentation (object designs, business rules, technical information etc) during the different stages of the project.

Experience with SAP workflow implementation
Experience with Travel and Expense Implementation
3+ Full Life Cycle large project implementations
SAP certification preferred
SAP Payroll implementation experience is highly desirable.
Bachelors in Business or Computer Science
Excellent communications as this is a direct business facing role
Strong analytical, problem solving , trouble shooting
ABAP & SAP Portal  development  is a plus
Knowledge of Integration points with SAP Finance and other third party systems such as ADP, Active Directory etc.
