Technical Skills
Graduate with 8 to 10 years of manufacturing industry working experience in SAP PP/QM Module.
· Should have hands-on experience on PP-QM module and ready to work in support projects.
Should have good knowledge of PP master data like Material master, work centre, routing, BOM and production versions.
· Understanding about material Planning, scheduling process and Long Term Planning.
· Knowledge about Scheduling Agreement, Inbound/Outbound deliveries and delivery schedules.
· Have experience in Quality Planning, Quality Notification, Quality Inspection and Quality Certificates.
· Basic understanding of PP/ QM integration with PM, MM, SD and FI/CO modules.
· Basic knowledge of other SAP modules like PM, MM, SD and FICO to provide necessary support to SAP users.
· Knowledge about LSMW, BDC, Background jobs.
· Should have good knowledge in MRP and shop floor control.
· Should have knowledge in variant configuration at least at Novice level
Soft Skills
· Should be a Quick learner, problem solver and have troubleshooting approach.
· Be involved in innovative implementations
· Be responsible and/or taking an active role in a successful SAP implementation
· Perform industry and process-oriented consulting for customer
· Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations and instructions on SAP functionalities to customer
· Perform feasibility studies and project reviews in these areas
· Should Have a good overview and understanding of the business processes
· Able to perform technical and functional analyses in order to improve the implementation of SAP MM and PP solutions
· Able to write detailed specifications based on business requirements
· Able to manage the detailed customization in the relevant SAP modules
· Able to provide reliable estimates and planning
· Co-ordinate the deliveries with developers, testers, key users and technical consultants
Other Skills
Should act as the one point of contact for the Customer and Project Manager
