Required Skills & Experience
· Core Java development, including familiarity with design patterns, data structure, algorithm, and multi-threading in a transactional environment
· Solid track record for delivery of large scale, high performance, high quality applications
· Enterprise messaging systems (Tibco (RV or EMS) expertise
· Relational database systems – deep experience with at least one rdb
· Previous experience in capital markets required – in depth knowledge of trade life cycle of at least one product (either fixed income or equities)

· Swing expertise
· FIX protocol experience
